Orders are usually shipped within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
Returns
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we’ll be happy to assist with a replacement. Please share a clear unboxing video as proof within 24 hours of delivery.
